Any waiver by the customer of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed contrary to public policy and shall be void and unenforceable.

Notes

Bars a customer waiver of the chapter's provisions from being enforceable by declaring any such waiver contrary to public policy, void, and unenforceable. The rule applies to any waiver by a customer of provisions contained in the chapter and gives that waiver the stated legal effect.
