Sections 18896 and 18896.2 do not require the disclosure of information related solely and exclusively to other businesses of the athlete agent.

Exempts information relating solely and exclusively to an athlete agent’s other businesses from the disclosure requirements imposed by the two referenced athlete-agent filing provisions. The exemption is limited to information exclusively concerning businesses other than the athlete-agent business itself and no broader exclusion.
