The appointing authority may remove any member of the commission for causes specified in Section 106.

Notes

Allows the authority that appointed a State Athletic Commission member to remove that member for the causes specified in the referenced provision. The rule assigns removal power to the appointing authority and does not itself state an additional cause, hearing requirement, notice period, monetary consequence, tenure threshold, or exception to that power.
