In case of default in the payment of any tax due under this chapter, the commission may refuse to issue a permit to any person so defaulting regardless of whether the application for the permit is made solely in the name of the person, or together with others.
Notes
Allows the commission, when a person defaults on payment of any tax due under this chapter, to refuse to issue that person a permit. The refusal authority applies whether the permit application is filed solely in the defaulting person's name or jointly with one or more other persons.
