Any contestant who continues to participate in a professional or amateur contest or match after an order to stop the contest is given by an official, or authorized representative of the commission, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Establishes misdemeanor liability for a contestant who continues participating in a professional or amateur contest or match after an official or authorized commission representative orders the contest stopped. The offense applies when the contestant continues after the stop order, whether the contest or match is professional or amateur.
