There shall be posted in public view at every place that a contest is held a notice in English and Spanish which states that it is unlawful to throw any object in the direction of the ring.

Requires every place holding a contest to post, in public view, a notice in both English and Spanish stating that throwing any object in the direction of the ring is unlawful. The bilingual notice must be displayed at each contest location.
