A referee shall be in attendance and direct and control at every boxing contest. Referees shall enforce the rules of the commission at every boxing contest.

Requires a referee to attend every boxing contest, direct and control each contest, and enforce the commission's rules at every boxing contest. The duties apply at each such boxing contest and make the referee responsible for presence, direction, control, and enforcement of commission rules.
