This chapter shall become operative on January 1, 2016.

Notes

Establishes January 1, 2016 as the date on which the chapter becomes operative. Sets that date as the chapter’s statutory commencement point, making the chapter operative beginning January 1, 2016 and fixing when its provisions start to apply for purposes of the chapter.
