The Secretary of State may adopt any regulations necessary to carry out his or her duties pursuant to this chapter, including prescribing necessary forms.

Notes

Allows the Secretary of State to adopt regulations necessary to perform duties assigned under the chapter, including regulations prescribing required forms. Establishes regulatory authority only to the extent necessary to carry out those chapter duties and expressly includes the power to specify the forms needed for administration.
