Every household mover that falsifies permit status, membership in an association, or location is subject to a citation and fine of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per day that the household mover is in violation of this section.

Sets a household mover that falsifies its permit status, association membership, or location as subject to a citation and a fine of up to $2,500 for each day the violation continues. The daily penalty applies to each day of falsification and the provision states no lower minimum fine, cure period, or exception.
