Any article of upholstered furniture or bedding is secondhand if it contains any secondhand material in whole or in part.

Notes

Defines upholstered furniture or bedding as secondhand when it contains secondhand material in whole or in part. The rule applies when all of the material is secondhand and also when only part of the material is secondhand, making either condition sufficient for the article to be secondhand.
