Every upholstered-furniture wholesaler, bedding wholesaler, and upholstered-furniture and bedding wholesaler, unless he or she holds an importer’s license, shall hold a wholesale furniture and bedding dealer’s license.

Requires every upholstered-furniture wholesaler, bedding wholesaler, and combined upholstered-furniture and bedding wholesaler to hold a wholesale furniture and bedding dealer license. A wholesaler holding an importer's license is exempt from that separate wholesaler-license requirement, so the stated licensing duty applies only when no importer license is held.
