Every upholstered-furniture manufacturer, bedding manufacturer, upholstered-furniture and bedding manufacturer, or bedding renovator, unless he or she holds an importer’s license, shall hold a furniture and bedding manufacturer’s license.

Notes

Requires every upholstered-furniture manufacturer, bedding manufacturer, combined upholstered-furniture and bedding manufacturer, and bedding renovator to hold a furniture and bedding manufacturer’s license. A person in one of those categories is exempt from that licensing requirement when the person holds an importer’s license.
