Every supply dealer, unless he or she holds an upholstered-furniture and bedding manufacturer’s license or an importer’s license, shall hold a supply dealer’s license.

Requires every supply dealer to hold a supply-dealer license unless the dealer already holds an upholstered-furniture and bedding manufacturer's license or an importer's license. Either of those two existing licenses is a stated exception to the separate supply-dealer licensing requirement.
