Secondhand bedding, or secondhand filling materials to be used or that could be used in bedding received from outside of this state shall comply with all the sanitization provisions of this chapter before it is accepted, sold or delivered, either directly or indirectly by any person.

Notes

Requires secondhand bedding and secondhand filling material that will or could be used in bedding, when received from outside California, to satisfy all chapter sanitization requirements before any person accepts, sells, or delivers it. The requirement applies whether the acceptance, sale, or delivery occurs directly or indirectly.
