The manufacturer of chairs and benches and similar articles, using slip seats that are manufactured by himself or herself or purchased from another, is responsible for the labeling of those articles.

Requires a manufacturer of chairs, benches, and similar articles using slip seats to take responsibility for labeling those articles. The responsibility applies whether the manufacturer makes the slip seats itself or purchases them from another source, so purchased slip seats do not remove the manufacturer’s labeling responsibility.
