All bedding with liquid filling material and each component part of such bedding shall be clearly labeled in a manner approved by the chief.

Requires all bedding containing liquid filling material, and every component part of that bedding, to be clearly labeled in a manner approved by the chief. The labeling obligation reaches both the finished bedding and each component part, and the provision leaves the acceptable labeling manner subject to the chief’s approval.
