Newly manufactured articles of bedding that contain any secondhand filling material shall be sanitized before they are offered or exposed for sale.

Requires newly manufactured bedding that contains any secondhand filling material to be sanitized before it is offered or exposed for sale. The sanitization obligation applies even though the bedding article itself is newly manufactured because it contains secondhand filling material.
