The premises, delivery equipment, machinery, appliances and devices of all persons licensed under this chapter shall at all times be kept free from refuse, dirt contamination, insects or vermin.

Notes

Requires all chapter licensees to keep their premises, delivery equipment, machinery, appliances, and devices free from refuse, dirt contamination, insects, and vermin at all times. The duty is continuous and applies to each listed part of the licensee’s operations, making ongoing cleanliness and freedom from infestation a condition of regulated business activity.
