Every person who removes, or causes to be removed, any tag or device placed upon any upholstered furniture or bedding or any material or insulation, by an inspector is guilty of a violation of this chapter.

Notes

Prohibits removing, or causing the removal of, any tag or device that an inspector has placed on upholstered furniture, bedding, material, or insulation. A person who does so violates the chapter, making interference with the inspector’s tag or device itself a chapter violation without a separate penalty or exception stated here.
