“Appaloosa horse” is any horse (including mare, gelding, colt and filly) that meets the requirements of and is registered by the Appaloosa Horse Club and approved by the Appaloosa Horse Club.

Notes

Defines 'Appaloosa horse' as any horse that meets the requirements of the Appaloosa Horse Club, is registered by that club, and is approved by that club. The definition expressly includes a mare, gelding, colt, and filly among the horses it covers.
