The board may require that the books and financial or other statements of any person licensed under this chapter shall be kept in any manner which to the board may seem best.
Notes
Allows the board to require a person licensed under the chapter to keep books and financial or other statements in whatever manner the board considers best. The authority applies to the manner in which licensed persons keep their books and their financial or other statements.
