The board may adopt any rules and regulations of the Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Racing Association, not inconsistent with this chapter, for the regulation of quarter horse racing.

Notes

Allows the board to adopt rules and regulations of the Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Racing Association for regulation of quarter-horse racing. Limits that authority to association rules that are not inconsistent with this chapter, so any conflicting association rule falls outside the board's stated adoption power.
