At the discretion of track stewards, horses that ship in on racing days may be subject to video surveillance for purposes of monitoring compliance with this chapter.

Allows track stewards, in their discretion, to subject horses that ship in on racing days to video surveillance for monitoring compliance with the chapter. The surveillance authority applies to horses that ship in on a racing day and may be used by the stewards for the stated compliance-monitoring purpose.
