The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to franchises governed by the provisions of Article 4 (commencing with Section 3060) of Chapter 6 of Division 2 of the Vehicle Code which contain the sole remedies for the matters contained therein.
Notes
Exempts franchises governed by the specified Vehicle Code article from this chapter when that article contains the sole remedies for the matters it covers. The exclusion directs those covered vehicle franchises to the remedies in that Vehicle Code scheme rather than the requirements and remedies of this chapter for the same matters.
