Any person included on the list of persons to be excluded or ejected from a gambling establishment pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor if he or she thereafter knowingly enters the premises of a licensed gambling establishment.

Establishes misdemeanor liability for a person placed on the statutory list of persons excluded or ejected from gambling establishments who thereafter knowingly enters the premises of a licensed gambling establishment. The offense requires both prior inclusion on the exclusion or ejection list and knowing entry onto licensed gambling-establishment premises.
