For the purposes of Section 3482 of the Civil Code, the issuance of a state gambling license shall not be construed to authorize any conduct or activity other than the conduct of controlled gambling.

Notes

Limits a state gambling license, for purposes of the referenced Civil Code rule, to authorizing the conduct of controlled gambling. Establishes that issuance of the state gambling license is not to be construed as authorizing conduct or activity other than controlled gambling.
