No transactions that require reporting under Section 21628, or commencing July 1, 2010, Section 21628.2, shall be engaged in with a minor.
Notes
Prohibits engaging with a minor in any transaction that requires reporting under the referenced secondhand-property reporting rule or, beginning July 1, 2010, under the additional referenced reporting rule. The prohibition applies to reportable transactions with a minor under either applicable reporting provision.
