As used in this article,

(a) “Junk dealer” has the meaning defined in Section 21601; and

(b) “Secondhand dealer” has the meaning defined in Section 21626.

Defines 'secondhand dealer' for the article by using the meaning assigned to that term in its separate referenced provision, carrying each referenced meaning into the article's use of those terms.
