Filed price schedules are subject to public inspection only after they take effect. Each filing licensee shall retain in the licensed premises a copy of his or her effective posted and filed schedule.

Limits public inspection of beer price schedules by making filed schedules available only after they take effect. Each licensee that files a schedule must also keep a copy of its effective posted and filed schedule at the licensed premises, preserving an on-site record while delaying public access until the schedule becomes operative.
