The provisions of Section 25171 shall not apply to any sightseeing, tourist or charter vessels holding on-sale general licenses for boats and regularly operated for the convenience of the general public and which have a capacity of carrying 100 or more passengers.

Exempts sightseeing, tourist, or charter vessels from the specified distilled-spirits package fill requirements when they hold on-sale general licenses for boats, are regularly operated for the convenience of the general public, and have capacity to carry at least 100 passengers. The exemption applies only to vessels meeting all stated conditions.
