The department may seize any distilled spirits sold, served, removed, possessed, delivered, or held in any manner in violation of Sections 25170 to 25173, inclusive.

Allows the department to seize distilled spirits that were sold, served, removed, possessed, delivered, or held in any manner violating the specified distilled-spirits provisions. The seizure authority applies to spirits involved in any of those enumerated forms of prohibited conduct and does not state a separate monetary threshold, notice period, or exception.
