Nothing contained in this chapter applies to common carriers or to an employee acting within the scope of his employment under this division.
Notes
Exempts common carriers and employees acting within the scope of their employment under the division from the chapter. The chapter therefore does not apply to a common carrier, and it likewise does not apply to an employee when that employee is acting within the scope of employment under the division.
