The provisions of Sections 25500 to 25503, inclusive, and of Section 25600 do not apply to the occasional inspection and cleaning by manufacturers and wholesalers of taps and tapping equipment installed in retail on-sale premises.
Notes
Exempts manufacturers and wholesalers from the specified tied-interest and gift restrictions when they occasionally inspect and clean taps and tapping equipment installed at retail on-sale premises. The exemption is limited to occasional inspection and cleaning of that equipment and does not state authority for supplying unrelated equipment, making payments, or providing other things of value.
