Signs or other advertising matter used in connection with the licensed premises of any retailer of alcoholic beverages shall not be of any obnoxious, gaudy, blatant, or offensive nature and shall in no manner contrary to the rules of the department obstruct the view of the interior of the premises from the street.

Notes

Requires alcoholic-beverage advertising signs used by retail licensees to avoid being obnoxious, gaudy, blatant, or offensive and to comply with department rules governing visibility through the premises. Signs may not be placed or maintained so that they obstruct a view from the street into the interior in a manner prohibited by those rules.
