A licensed beer manufacturer or a licensed beer wholesaler, in addition to selling beer at their licensed premises, may sell beer from wagons, trailers, or trucks operated by them to licensees authorized to sell beer.

Notes

Allows a licensed beer manufacturer or beer wholesaler to sell beer not only at licensed premises but also from wagons, trailers, or trucks that the licensee operates. Those mobile sales may be made only to licensees authorized to sell beer, and the provision states no consumer-sale authority, separate deadline, fee, or quantity exception.
