Any license issued to any golf course facility, or any license issued to a licensee that operates at any golf course facility, entitles the licensee to make sales of alcoholic beverages from any golf cart, as defined in Section 345 of the Vehicle Code, that the licensee operates on the golf course premises.

Notes

Allows a license issued to a golf-course facility, or to a licensee operating at one, to be used for alcoholic-beverage sales from any golf cart operated by the licensee on the golf-course premises. The authorization is confined to licensee-operated golf carts on that course and states no separate fee, deadline, quantity limit, or additional exception.
