Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, no club license issued under this article shall entitle the holder to any off-sale privileges.

Notes

Prohibits any club license issued under the article from granting its holder off-sale privileges, notwithstanding any other provision of the division. The restriction applies to every club license under the article and means the license itself carries no authority for alcoholic-beverage sales for consumption away from the licensed premises.
