The department may revoke any license issued pursuant to this article whenever, in the judgment of the department, the licensee ceases to operate as a bona fide club.

Allows the department to revoke a license issued under the article whenever, in the department’s judgment, the licensee has ceased operating as a bona fide club. The provision makes continued bona fide club operation a condition of retaining the license and states no cure period, notice deadline, monetary penalty, or exception to the revocation authority.
