Postal authorities may refuse delivery of any shipment of alcoholic beverages originating outside this State. Postal authorities may turn alcoholic beverages over to the department. The alcoholic beverage when received shall be forfeited to the State.

Allows postal authorities to refuse delivery of an alcoholic-beverage shipment originating outside the state and to turn those beverages over to the department. Any alcoholic beverages received by the department under this authority are forfeited to the state, and the provision states no return right, compensation requirement, deadline, quantity threshold, or exception.
