Allows a licensed craft distiller to hold a distilled-spirits license authorizing importation despite the referenced restriction. Limits that privilege by requiring every distilled spirit imported by the craft distiller to be used only by that licensee to manufacture or produce distilled spirits under the specified craft-distiller authority.
