A retail package off-sale general license, when issued to the holder of a rectifier’s or distilled spirits wholesaler’s license, shall be issued only for the same premises for which the rectifier’s or distilled spirits wholesaler’s license is issued, except as otherwise provided or permitted in this division.

Requires a retail package off-sale general license held by a rectifier or distilled spirits wholesaler to be issued only for the same premises covered by that rectifier’s or wholesaler’s license. The same-premises rule applies unless another provision of the division expressly provides or permits otherwise, preserving statutory exceptions elsewhere in the division.
