If an application for a license is voluntarily withdrawn as a result of any protest being filed opposing the issuance of such license, such applicant may not refile an application for the same location for a period of one year from the date of such withdrawal.

Notes

Bars an applicant who voluntarily withdraws a license application because a protest was filed against issuance from refiling an application for the same location for one year from the withdrawal date. The restriction applies specifically when the withdrawal results from a filed protest.
