Whenever in any provision of this code authority is granted to issue a citation for a violation of any provision of this code, that authority also includes the authority to issue a citation for the violation of any regulation adopted pursuant to any provision of this code.
Notes
Extends any authority in the code to issue a citation for violating a code provision to include authority to cite violations of regulations adopted under the code. The rule broadens existing citation powers to implementing regulations without independently creating citation authority where the code does not otherwise grant it.
