Animals wild by nature are the subjects of ownership, while living, only when on the land of the person claiming them, or when tamed, or taken and held in possession, or disabled and immediately pursued.

Limits ownership of animals wild by nature, while they are alive, to those on the claimant's land, those tamed, those taken and held in possession, or those disabled and immediately pursued. Leaves wild animals outside any of those four situations unowned.
