The ownership or management shall not require the removal of a mobilehome from a subdivision, cooperative, or condominium for mobilehomes, or resident-owned mobilehome park in the event of its sale to a third party.

Notes

Prohibits ownership or management of a mobilehome subdivision, cooperative, condominium, or resident-owned mobilehome park from requiring removal of a mobilehome because it is sold to a third party. The prohibition applies to a sale-triggered removal demand and covers each of the listed forms of resident-owned mobilehome community.
