California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 2 — Property, Part 2 — Real or Immovable Property, Title 2 — Estates in Real Property, Chapter 2.7 — Floating Home Residency Law, Article 4 — Fees and Charges, Section 800.42

A homeowner shall not be charged a fee for services actually rendered which are not listed in the rental agreement unless he or she has been given written notice thereof by the management, at least 60 days before imposition of the charge.

Notes

Prohibits charging a floating homeowner for services actually rendered when the fee is not listed in the rental agreement unless management gave written notice at least 60 days before imposing the charge. The advance written notice is therefore required before an unlisted service fee may be imposed on the homeowner.
