California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 2 — Property, Part 2 — Real or Immovable Property, Title 2 — Estates in Real Property, Chapter 2.7 — Floating Home Residency Law, Article 4 — Fees and Charges, Section 800.46

A homeowner shall not be charged a fee for the enforcement of any of the rules and regulations of the floating home marina.

Notes

Prohibits floating home marina management from charging a homeowner any fee for enforcing the marina’s rules and regulations. The rule bars shifting the cost of rule or regulation enforcement to the homeowner through a separate fee, making enforcement itself a nonchargeable item under the homeowner’s marina relationship.
