No tenancy shall be terminated for the purpose of making a homeowner’s berth available for a person who purchases a floating home from the owner of the floating home marina or his or her agent.
Notes
Prohibits terminating a floating-home tenancy for the purpose of freeing the homeowner’s berth for someone who purchases a floating home from the marina owner or the owner’s agent. Management therefore may not use tenancy termination specifically to make that berth available to a purchaser in that described transaction.
