Rent dependent on the life of a person may be recovered after as well as before his death.
Notes
Allows rent that depends on a person’s life to be recovered both before and after that person’s death. The provision preserves the right to recover such rent after the measuring life ends and states no separate deadline, amount, procedure, or exception limiting recovery before or after death.
